We are seeking an experienced Delivery Manager to lead and support Application Management Services (AMS) programs across a portfolio of enterprise platforms, including Dynamics 365 CRM, NICE CCaaS, Unified Service Layer (USL), and Workday.
This role is ideal for a technical leader with strong AMS governance expertise, vendor management experience, and a proven track record in driving service excellence and continuous improvement across complex ecosystems.
Main Deliverables
- Own end-to-end AMS delivery across Dynamics 365 CRM, NICE CCaaS, USL, and Workday platforms
- Ensure SLA/KPI performance, stability, and continuous improvement of enterprise applications
- Lead vendor governance, technical oversight, and integration integrity across systems
