Objective As a Delivery Management Lead, you will be responsible for providing day-to-day support to a team of direct reports while managing a small client portfolio of engagements.A successful DM at Bring IT can prioritize their schedule to assist with escalations, solution architecting, and recruiting support to ensure priorities are measured and handled.Main responsibilities / functionsAs a Delivery Management Lead, you will perform the following activities and responsibilities: - Manage Customers relationship and escalations (2nd point of escalation) - Day to day direct reports management (PMs, Sr. BSAs and BSAs) - Manage day to day project execution done by external partners - Guide teams to deliver projects using the appropriate BringIT project management methodology - Own and drive Portfolio Review Weekly Meeting (Internal) - Accountable for Project Execution and Results which includes but no limited to: Plan Hours vs Actuals, On time delivery and quality - Own time tracker w...
