An international executive recruitment company, People Profilers is recruiting on behalf of a global BPO company, for the position of Delivery Leader, based in Ho Chi Minh City.

This role of Delivery Leader with at least 10-15 years experience in a BPO company.

Responsibilities

Manage P&L /costing / budgeting of the business operations, including the development and execution of the overall business strategy.

Lead strategic planning activities to plan budgets, expansion plans and operational plans for the region.

Establish strong relationships with clients and ensure client satisfaction.
