Responsibilities Set up and manage automated cash and position reconciliations using Excel-based tools Perform daily cash and position reconciliations for Private Credit and Private Equity funds Identify, investigate, and resolve cash and position breaks, ensuring timely communication and escalation to relevant stakeholders Conduct three-way position reconciliations between Loan Platforms, Custodians, and Fund Administrators, covering Par Value, Cost, and Market Value Reconcile historical transactions to clear aged breaks and ensure accurate reporting Record, monitor, and track fund activities including capital calls, distributions, prepayments, and debt servicing transactio...
