We are seeking an experienced Delivery Lead to play a key role in a major HR transformation program for a large Queensland organisation. This program will deliver a new enterprise HR platform and associated people processes, replacing a legacy environment and modernising how HR services are delivered across the business.
This is an opportunity to join the program during a critical phase, supporting procurement, planning and establishment activities before leading delivery coordination across multiple workstreams as the program progresses into implementation.
