- Daily management of the supplier's LOB and shortage report, including component-level kit completion status.

Risk Register
- Active list of supply, quality, capacity, and tier 2 risks with scoring, owner, mitigation plan, and target close date.
Weekly
Action Item List
- Open actions across the supplier, Seller, and Acron with owner and due date, hosted on the shared site.
