Delivery-Focused Engineering Work Package Manager

Thales in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, is seeking an Engineering Delivery Manager to oversee the Project Engineering Lifecycle: development activities, risk/opportunity management, and schedules. You will structure the delivery process, manage technical debt, coordinate subcontracting, and ensure high-quality engineering solutions for customers.

You will guide cross-functional teams, translate needs into requirements, and contribute to future Thales products.
