Overview
Delivery role with responsibilities including pre-trip inspections, packing and securing items, delivering and collecting payments or receipts, and maintaining safety and cleanliness of the vehicle. Requires valid driving license and relevant experience.
Responsibilities
- Ensure completion of daily pre trip inspection checklist (pre departure checklist and truck cleaning form) before the first delivery of the day.
- Pack, stack, and secure item in position on truck to prevent damage during travel
- Delivery and stack merchandise on customer premise and collect payment or obtain receipt of goods.
- Complete pre and post trip instructions, recording and reporting any defects and malfunctions
- Always Work safely and notify the company of any safety related issues immediately.
