Responsibilities
- Transport and deliver packages to customers in a timely manner.
- Verify delivery addresses and obtain necessary signatures.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries and pickups.
- Ensure vehicle is clean and well-maintained.
- Provide excellent customer service during interactions.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and safety protocols.
Qualifications
- Must have at least SHS/ College Level or equivalent
- 6 months to 1 year in retail or customer service is often preferred.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and interpersonal
- Ability to persuade and upsell products to customers
- Must have positive behavior and professional appearance
- Driver’s license must be with restriction of (1,2,3) or (A,A1,B,B1 and D)
