Your Role and Responsibilities
- Development of Java routines to extend the OpenPages APIs. Data structure (algorithms, computational complexity). Testing.
- Be willing to work in a complex environment. Interpret customer written requirements and create detailed technical specifications to design OpenPages solutions. Configure OpenPages modules based on customer requirements.
- Analyze and investigate problems reported by customers and document the results of the investigation.
- Perform maintenance and administration of OpenPages to correct defects identified during the maintenance process. Run unit tests on OpenPages solutions, implement test plans and test harnesses, and document test results. Investigate and suggest solutions to defects and problems within OpenPages detected during testing.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- At least 3‑5 years of IBM OpenPages experience or GRC equivalent experience.
