Under the immediate supervision of the Delivery, Installation and After Sales Supervisor, the Delivery Clerk will assist in the preparation of material for the deliverers and installers in addition to supporting various departments such as the factory and after sales service.
Required profile
Courtesy, attendance and punctuality, multi-tasking, resourceful, self-starter and customer service oriented.
- Prepare required materials for installers and delivery personnel and manage the receipt and issue of materials using various software programs on the computer;
- Prepare orders for installers (Kanban) and inventory items (Kanban);
- Ensure all equipment is up to date by conducting inventory regularly;
- Collaborate with agents and all departments of the plant as needed;
- Assist with department packaging;
- Drive a van to deliver merchandise following a pre-determined route;
