Delivery Capability Director: Complex Programs

Slalom is looking for a Director - Delivery Capability Lead in Bogotá, Colombia. In this role, you will lead the delivery capability team and manage complex projects while driving solutions to outcomes. You will also participate in hiring and mentoring efforts.

The ideal candidate has over 10 years of management consulting experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to navigate various project delivery methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.
