Delivery Analyst, GMA - Chinese Speaker

Ensure that customers’ product can be exported and marketed worldwide by managing global market certification approvals and cooperating with international authorities, laboratories, certification bodies and governmental organizations.







As a GMA Project Handler, you will be responsible for:





+ Ensuring projects are completed on time and in alignment with internal processes and continuous‑improvement practices;



+ Acting as a primary point of contact for clients, discussing technical issues, communicating project costs and negotiating timelines and sample requirements, as needed;



+ Supporting clients throughout the entire project lifecycle, addressing concerns proactively and resolving issues to ensure a smooth customer experience;
