Delinquency Recovery Specialist

Mashreq Bank PSC is looking for a dedicated individual to manage a queue of delinquent accounts and collect overdue payments. The role requires making an average of 100-150 calls daily and using an automated collection system (Finn1) to negotiate repayment plans with customers.

The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience, excellent communication skills, and be proficient in handling challenging cases. Training will be provided before joining the production floor.
