DeFi Strategy & Growth Lead

Framework Ventures is looking for a DeFi Manager in Formosa, Argentina to scale the deployment of Tether assets across decentralized finance. The successful candidate will define and execute Tether's global DeFi strategy with emphasis on financial inclusion and real-world utility.

This role requires deep DeFi expertise and strong leadership skills, alongside the ability to manage substantial budgets. Responsibilities include relationship management with DeFi protocols and leading a high-performing team.
