• Master Mariner Certificate of Competency
• Experience as Master on dry bulk vessels
• Knowledge of ISM, ISPS, MLC, PSC and Class requirements
• Previous superintendent experience preferred

• Chief Engineer Unlimited Certificate of Competency
• Experience as Chief Engineer on dry bulk vessels
• Knowledge of PMS, dry docking, repairs and Class requirements
• Previous technical management experience preferred
