Job Responsibilities

• Facilitates attendance checking, verifies the authenticity of the participant’s identity, and confirms the entry requirements of the participant.
• Conducts course delivery as planned.
• Demonstrates proficient course delivery methodologies and techniques.
• Conducts course delivery observation.
• Assessment
• Prepares assessment materials.
• Conducts assessments and accomplishes the approved assessment instruments of the course.
• Performs marking/checking of the assessment.
• Performs assessment observation.
• Instructor Development
• Complies with the requirements of the Instructor Competency Development Program.
• Coordinates with the assigned mentor.
• Administration and Reporting
• Submits required reports related to course quality, training performance, training equipment, and infrastructure.
