Titanium Birch isn't your typical investment firm. Started by one of the co-founders of ExpressVPN, we're a small, multidisciplinary team building systems that help us think better, move faster, and make better decisions. Our work spans software, data, operations, and investing. As we learn more about businesses, markets, and how our organisation works, we use automation and AI to turn insight into repeatable systems.
We're looking for someone curious, thoughtful, and broad in their interests. You might be an engineer, an operator who codes, or a generalist who has built strong technical leverage. The key thing is that you can take ambiguous problems, get to the heart of them quickly, and work with other people to make things better.
You do not need a finance background. You do need good judgement, strong communication, and the ability to use modern tools thoughtfully and effectively.
