As a **Debt Collector**, you will execute the collection process to ensure productivity, quality, and the fulfillment of financial obligations, all while maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
**Some of your responsibilities are but are not limited to**:
- Enter all uncollected items into the tracking system.
- Contact relevant parties via phone calls, being persistent in calling and contacting debtors.
- Monitor and act on collections.
- Inform debtors of their payment status and timeline for repayment.
- Research companies and corporate entities to follow up on payments.
- Address questions regarding each collection case.
