Position: Debt Collector

Salary: AED 10,000

Duties And Responsibilities

• Contact taxable persons or their tax agents to secure payment of delinquent taxes and the filing of delinquent returns
• Contact taxable persons or their tax agents request supporting documentation.
• Determine taxable persons' ability to pay
• Negotiate payment arrangements with taxable persons
• Notify non-compliant taxable person and charge penalties
• Make sure payments are received correctly and on time
• Resolve taxable person enquiries relating to the collection and payment of outstanding accounts, and non-filing of returns
• Analyze payment trends, and raise any risks and inconsistencies to the Head of Enforcement.
• Apply enforcement measures as decided by Head of Enforcement or Enforcement Specialist
