The Role
As Dean of Students (Years 7-10), you'll take a whole-school approach to pastoral care, guiding students who face barriers to engagement and supporting a culture where every child feels seen and motivated. With strong pastoral systems already in place, you'll have the opportunity to bring your expertise and guidance to shape and enhance existing programs, making a real difference in the student experience.
