Operations Associate (Deal Term Analytics)

Location: Bogotá, Colombia. The role will be based in our Bogotá office.

The Operations Associate (Deal Term Analytics) supports the coverage of Octus' Deal Term Analytics product, the data backbone of Octus' covenant analysis services.

Responsibilities

• Track the syndicated loan and high yield bond primary markets using multiple proprietary data feeds.
• Review deal documentation to identify key features.
• Create database records for new transactions.
• Ensure strict adherence to compliance processes related to private documents.
• Grant entitled clients access to private information.
• Maintain records of market coverage.
• Partner with Octus' covenant operations team and legal analysts to minimize Deal Term Analytics' time-to-data.
