Overview
As an IT End User Support Specialist for Deal Support CoE L2C, you help our customer-facing sales teams be more productive, enabling them to focus on customers and streamline the buying experience with SAP.
Core Tasks
- Handle end‑user inquiries via ServiceNow—detecting problems, troubleshooting, dispatching, and closing issues.
- Maintain awareness of trending issues and work with stakeholders to mitigate escalations.
- Provide support across multi‑channel environments (chat, call‑out, ticketing).
- Support sales processes within SAP CRM and Harmony Quote & Opportunity.
- Share best practices and follow standard execution models to maximize team efficiency.
- Participate in or host learning and networking activities to grow knowledge and collaboration.
- Test new system features and provide structured feedback.
- Contribute to or lead scope‑related or process‑related projects.
