Position Title: Learning Experience Design and Development Senior Analyst

Work Setup: Hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop effective learning content using appropriate delivery methods.
• Analyze competency and knowledge requirements to design an effective training model for learner needs.
• Participate in training reviews and feedback sessions to apply recommendations.
• Conduct research, extensive fact checking and validation to support the accuracy of information included in content.
• Design curricula, content outlines and storyboards applying multimedia learning methodologies, considering scalability, delivery requirements and limitations.
• Develop training materials such as slides, facilitator guides, participant guides, e‑learning modules, videos, job aids, handouts, ...
