Position Title: Procurement Practice Manager

Work Setup: Hybrid

Overall Purpose: The P+ APAC External Talent Delivery Lead is responsible in delivering the strategy and objectives outlined by External Talent Strategy; working closely with local MU External Talent leads, in alignment and collaboration with the P+ APAC External Talent Strategy Lead. Geo scope: ANZ, SEA.

Category planning

• Deliver the External Talent strategy and, when relevant, customize it per MU or country
• Leverage industry & market information to influence External Talent solutioning
• Build work planning and category governance for the Market
• Set up Market and MU targets in alignment with Market P+ and category goals and follow progress / achievement of those KPI
