Reporting to the Centre Director, you will be an integral member of the Kids & Company team, supporting the overall management of daily kitchen operations. Your role will involve food preparation and cooking, following Kids & Company standards to align with our mission statement.
Responsibilities
- Assist with meal and snack preparation, portioning, and delivery to classrooms, ensuring food is distributed safely and on time.
- Assist with food preparation tasks such as fruit preparation, baking, and other kitchen support duties as assigned.
- Prepare and organize meal service supplies, including bins, serving materials, and delivery carts.
- Collect dishes, utensils, and meal service equipment from classrooms.
- Wash, rinse, sanitize, and properly store dishes, utensils, serving equipment, and food trolleys in accordance with food safety standards.
