About the Role
Duties include:
- Assist with planning, organizing, and facilitating daily youth activities and summer programming
- Support recreational, educational, cultural, and wellness-based activities for children and youth
- Assist with arts and crafts, outdoor games, sports, group activities, and special events
- Help create a safe, inclusive, and positive environment for all participants
- Supervise and engage with youth during activities, outings, and community events
- Support culturally grounded activities that reflect Mi’kmaq values, traditions, and community connections
