Position Type: Day Activity Centre (DAC) Associate Coach – Full Time (Hougang). Join our dedicated team at Eden Day Activity Centre and help adults with autism thrive in a nurturing environment.
Responsibilities Performance Of Clients- Implement and maintain a comprehensive system for administering Individualized Education Plans (IEPs), Individual Care Plans (ICPs), attendance records, training programs, and other administrative tasks.
- Design and lead therapeutic and training activities that are tailored to meet the individual needs and goals of our clients.
- Develop and manage an inventory of training materials, ensuring they are up-to-date and readily available.
- Provide attentive supervision to clients during indoor and outdoor activities, prioritizing their safety and overall welfare.
