Day 2 Software Engineer - Troubleshooting & System Health

Ascendion is seeking a Day 2 Software Engineer to ensure smooth operation of our software products post-deployment. You will diagnose and fix bugs, and perform end-to-end troubleshooting across configuration, performance, and integration concerns.

You will collaborate with development, QA and support teams, review app configurations, and provide clear documentation of issues, solutions and best practices. Proficiency with Node.js, React, Docker, Kubernetes, Podman, MongoDB is required.
