Position: DataGen Operator – Barcelona
Objectives
- Accurate execution of data generation processes
- Provide data in the right formats to G+D stakeholders
- Provide response files to customers
- Follow Professional Services process landscape and compliance requirements
- Take accountability and responsibility for assigned process roles
Responsibilities
- Stay aware of updates in product/service specifications
- Support other G+D departments with data generation requests
- Be informed of new product releases
- Coordinate with R&D for software releases and updates
- Send required response files or reports internally or to customers
- Meet compliance and information security requirements in service operations
- Evaluate, improve, and add applicable work instructions
