Insight Global is seeking a Data Center Technician (L3) to support critical data center operations. This role is responsible for troubleshooting hardware issues, performing equipment installations and maintenance, monitoring systems, and ensuring operational excellence within the client's data center. This is an ONSITE role in Calgary, AB.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and repair server and hardware issues
- Install, replace, and maintain IT equipment
- Follow operational, safety, and security procedures
- Document work performed and escalate issues as needed
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical problems
