Job Description
Responsibilities
- Full time, on-site (DC) 5 days a week ) unless previously agreed with the Client PM.
- Join onsite stand ups and meetings as necessary.
- Assist the team with validation tasks (such as cable reset, cable swap, rebooting etc.)
- Manage the day-to-day DC deployment tasks.
- Supervise the local contractors.
- Support onsite teams and be their overwatch for any issues.
- Work with Client project managers (will not be located onsite), join daily calls with team.
- Identify risks and mitigating / escalating them. Highlight any concerns with the onsite deployment activities to Client PM.
- Represent Client in front of their customer.
- Provide daily & weekly reporting to Client team.
- Own immediate escalation cycles.
