Datacenter Project Manager- Compliance

**Overview**

As a Microsoft **Datacenter Project Manager- Compliance** (DCPM), you will partner with field operations leadership to operationalize strategic initiatives at the campus level, ensuring consistent execution, alignment, and measurable outcomes across the datacenter metro. You will drive financial planning and performance rhythms in line with business review cycles, while coordinating effectively across stakeholders to manage priorities and resolve scheduling conflicts. In this role, you will act as the single point of contact for metro-level audit and compliance programs, overseeing key initiatives and ongoing operational activities, including site safety drills and tabletop exercises.

This position requires strong program leadership, the ability to influence across cross-functional teams, and the capability to drive compliance accountability in a complex, fast-paced operational environment.
