Job Summary
A dynamic Data Centre Operator is needed to manage day‑to‑day operations, maintenance, and optimization of the electrical and mechanical infrastructure supporting mission‑critical facilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor facility health & safety and manage both preventative and corrective maintenance.
- Develop, maintain, and adhere to procedural and technical documentation.
- Respond to fault conditions, diagnose, and assist with root cause analysis, repair and remediation.
- Manage local data center infrastructure and asset lifecycle.
- Ensure compliance with SSAE 18, ISO and PCI controls.
- Participate in change management meetings, present to the Change Advisory Board and create supporting MOPs with vendors.
- Identify operational optimization opportunities and adhere to best practices.
- Support daily site operations, vendor/contractor coordination and supervision.
