Datacenter & Industrial Construction Manager

CAP INGELEC is seeking a Construction Manager to oversee major datacenter and industrial building projects in Spain. You will coordinate from preparatory phases through handover, ensuring adherence to contracts, budgets, technical standards, and QHSE commitments.

You bring a 10+ year track record as a construction manager on multi‑disciplinary industrial projects, with leadership, diplomacy, rigor and a service‑oriented mindset, in Spanish and English, and willingness to travel throughout Spain.
