Job Overview
Under guidance, supports the creation and maintenance of client-specific database specifications, configuring ad‑hoc databases from standard IQVIA systems to meet contractual and operational requirements.
Essential Functions
- Receives and documents requests for ad‑hoc client databases, including sell‑in and sell‑out territorial definitions.
- Defines database specifications ensuring that client requirements are correctly translated into data content instructions.
- Manually configures database definitions within IQVIA systems, following established procedures and quality standards.
- Ensures accuracy and completeness of all manual definitions, recognising the high‑risk nature of ad‑hoc configurations.
