Database Administrator

Role

We are seeking a hands‑on Operations DBA to support the mission‑critical system operating in a secured environment.

Focus Areas

This role focuses on production (Day 2) stability, high availability, incident response, performance tuning, and disaster recovery readiness for Microsoft SQL Server and MongoDB platforms supporting 24/7 operations.

Collaboration

The DBA will work closely with Day 2 Infra Engineers, Day 2 System Engineers, Day 2 Software Engineers, and Security & Compliance teams.

Responsibilities

1. 24/7 Production Database Operations

   • Provide L2/L3 support for MSSQL and MongoDB in production and DR environments.
   • Participate in standby/on‑call roster for critical incidents.
   • Troubleshoot and resolve database outages, Always On failover issues, blocking / deadlocks, performance bottlenecks, storage / IOPS constraints.
