Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Database Administrator (DBA) to join our dynamic IT team. The DBA will be responsible for the performance, integrity, and security of the company's databases. This role includes planning and development of the database, as well as troubleshooting any issues on behalf of the users.
Key Responsibilities
- Database Management:
- Install, configure, and maintain database management systems (DBMS) such as SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL, etc.
- Monitor database performance, implement changes, and apply new patches and versions when required.
- Manage database availability and performance, including disaster recovery, database backup and restore procedures.
