Doctors Nova Scotia (DNS) is the professional association representing all physicians in the province, with over 5,500 members including practicing and retired physicians, medical students, and residents.

Reporting to the Membership & Benefits Manager, the Database Administrator is responsible for the administration, customization, and optimization of the organization’s NetSuite environment and related systems. This role leads database structure, system integrations, workflow automation, and reporting design to enhance operational efficiency and data-informed decision‑making. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable system solutions that drive continuous improvement.
