Responsibilities

• Support multiple data platforms such as Oracle, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or MSSQL Server.
• Support Infrastructure and application DevOps teams with changes and releases.
• Build and set up databases as per application requirements (both on‑premise and on cloud).
• Understand solution design documents and work with application teams on configuration setup.
• Participate in all technical tasks defined for the team as and when appropriate, ensuring completion.
• Be familiar with product security vulnerability management, plan and manage impact and remediation, communicating to a global audience.
• Be aware of ongoing infrastructure issues and be vigilant to avoid and minimize downtime of services.
• Understand business environments and shared services to prioritize incidents.
