• Own and drive end-to-end global transfer clearance execution across privacy, bank secrecy, data localization, outsourcing, and related regulatory domains.
• Deliver against a 15-business-day operating model, managing the full lifecycle from intake through approval and audit readiness.
• Actively manage throughput, backlog, and cycle time—removing bottlenecks and ensuring predictable delivery.
• Lead across a highly matrixed global environment, aligning Business, Technology, Legal, Compliance, and Risk stakeholders.
• Build high-performing teams and embed a culture of accountability, ownership, and execution excellence.
• Establish strong execution visibility through metrics (SLA adherence, cycle time, throughput, backlog) to drive continuous improvement.
