Data & Technology Managing Director (hybrid)

We are seeking a strategic Data & Technology Manager to lead our data and IT functions, drive digital transformation, and align technology initiatives with business goals. This role oversees data governance, analytics, and infrastructure while ensuring secure, scalable solutions and leading high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the data analytics/dashboard and web/app development service lines.
• Manage P&L for both functions.
• Oversee client delivery for dashboarding, reporting, and website builds.
• Manage team development across both technical skill sets.

Must-Have Experience

• Management of at least 10 people across multiple technical disciplines.
• Background in either data analytics or web development (with experience managing the other).
