Data Strategy Manager - Data Governance (Islas Baleares)

Role: Manager – Data Governance

We are looking for a hybrid profile (80% functional / 20% technical) to act as a bridge between business vision and technical execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead the definition and implementation of governance frameworks, policies, and procedures in close collaboration with clients.
• Act as an evangelist for data quality, providing training and ensuring governance is embedded into the project’s DNA.
• Implement control dashboards to monitor the health and compliance of data governance.
• Translate complex business needs into technical requirements, coordinating teams to ensure excellent delivery.

Requirements

• +7 years of solid experience in strategic Data Governance roles.
• Mastery of frameworks such as DAMA and experience defining taxonomies, roles, policies, and operating models.
