We are looking for:
Data Specialist
What are we looking for?
- Bacherlor's degree in Actuarial Science, Finance, Accounting, Administration, or related
- Advanced Excel (Pivot tables, vlookup etc)
- Advanced English
- Experience in accounts payable, billing process or related +1 year
Activities:
- Validate services and invoicing information in the system
- Process the invoices once the information is validated
- Use and keep updated data bases
- Resolve financial disputes with vendors
- Follow up of issues and resolutions
- Data analysis
- Create detailed reports
- Accomplish all KPI's established by the customer
