Data Solutions Analyst, Business Enablement

Steel Reef is seeking a Data Solutions Analyst to join our Calgary team. In this role, you will design, build, and support scalable, secure, and business-aligned data solutions that enhance reporting, analytics, automation, and data-driven decision making.

This is a hands‑on, delivery‑focused role with responsibilities spanning data development, software development, and integration development. Working within Microsoft Fabric, you will build data pipelines, develop Python notebook‑based solutions, and integrate data across enterprise systems, ensuring solutions are reliable, maintainable, and aligned with business needs.

You will partner closely with business stakeholders, the Business Enablement team, and technical partners to translate requirements into practical data and integration solutions.
