**Key Objectives****Major Duties and Responsibilities**Own the end-to-end development of the data science products: from data engineering, data exploration, modeling, and model deployment.Develop company A/B testing frameworks and test model quality.Understand and combine data from various sources to create analytics data sets.Use new methodologies, algorithms, tools, and technologies to solve problems.Collaborate with multiple teams (e.g., Applied AI, Claims, Underwriting, IT) to achieve objectives.Become a trusted partner for the stakeholders in topics related to data and analytics (i.e., translating data insights into business decisions/actions).
Communicate and present findings or data science projects/achievements to non-technical audiences.Support ad-hoc business requests which require statistical analysis.
