- 4+ years of hands-on experience in Data Science or Applied Machine Learning
- Mastery of Python, including NumPy, pandas, scikit-learn, PyTorch, or TensorFlow
- Expert understanding of machine learning fundamentals, feature engineering, model validation, and evaluation
- Practical experience with NLP, transformers, BERT, GPT-family models, and Generative AI
- Strong SQL skills with PostgreSQL
- Experience deploying models using Docker
- Exceptional statistical knowledge covering probability, regression, experimentation, and hypothesis testing
- The ability to explain impossibly complex concepts to those who have yet to embrace the algorithm
