The position supports the identification and deployment of analytics use cases that impact business operations. The incumbent works with first‑party and third‑party data to design, develop and implement predictive models and analytics solutions, enabling FWD’s processes and decision making. The role also supports persistency analytics and may extend to distribution analytics and generative AI product creation.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business units (Marketing, CX, Distribution, Operations) to identify relevant analytical use cases.
- Design and implement analytics solutions including data preparation, feature selection/engineering, model development, deployment, and performance tracking.
- Translate results into actionable insights and present to stakeholders.
- Create documentation detailing model development tasks and results.
- Quantify impact of deployed analytics solutions.
