This role will lead the overall data science capability and manage the DS team at HCIN and drive ideation of use cases, build PoCs and PoVs, develop functional and technical designs for taking PoCs to production working with business teams across DS and data teams at HQ, HCIN and all the internal data teams to ensure decisioning opportunities are backed with proven analytical models. The incumbent with also be responsible for co-ordination with partner during onboarding and any data issue post onboarding.
Key Responsibilities
- This is a very hands-on role and requires (apart from other managerial duties) to code, build and deploy models, deploy model monitoring mechanisms.
- Extensive cross-organization collaboration playing a crucial role in interfacing with various business, IT, Risk and internal DS functions and helping them with identifying opportunities to leverage data assets to build decision support models and tools.
