The Data Reporting Analyst serves as a member of the Mass Conversion team responsible for ensuring the successful and accurate conversion of data for large scale acquisitions and new Empower clients. This role collaborates directly with other Recordkeepers, Plan Sponsors, Brokers, Third Party Administrators (TPAs), and internal Empower teams to deliver a seamless transition of data into Empower’s recordkeeping systems. The Analyst participates in client meetings and data mapping discussions, identifies and resolves data anomalies, and executes deliverables within established timelines and quality standards.
What you will bring
